Responsibility for Results
By using my AI voice, Avenyou B Giffen, the Licensee understands that creative control is fully in their hands. While the voice is crafted to deliver professional-quality results, the Licensor (Brad Avenyou) is not responsible for the final output. The Licensee is responsible for all production decisions, including audio quality, content, direction and fees associated with their production.

No live revisions or retakes
AI voice by ElevenLabs™ is designed to give you instant, flexible performance—no need for scheduling or sessions. As such, the Licensor (Brad Avenyou) does not provide revisions, retakes, or edits. All adjustments and refinements are managed by the Licensee, thereby giving the Licensor full autonomy.

This agreement does not include license to use the voice results as Paid Placement (TV, Radio, or Web Streaming Ads)
